M1 Monel Atomic Aquatics

The M1 Monel is a regulator designed for use in all possible conditions, for recreational, technical, and cave diving. Regardless of the user's training level, the M1 will never fail. This regulator was developed based on the popular B1 and T1 models. It offers a high standard of breathing: high flow rate (minimized breathing effort at depth and a large supply of breathing gas) allows for natural and comfortable breathing. The regulator is factory-ready for use with nitrox up to 50% oxygen or oxygen mixtures up to 80% oxygen, provided specific guidelines and oxygen-clean procedures are followed. The second stage cover is specially designed for diving in strong currents or in rough sea conditions, preventing free-flow due to strong currents or rapid movement, such as when using a scooter.

  • The first stage uses Monel, a corrosion-resistant and durable alloy suitable for use with oxygen mixtures up to 80% oxygen or with nitrox up to 50%.
  • The regulator is factory-ready for use with nitrox up to 50% oxygen or oxygen mixtures up to 80% oxygen (when following detailed guidelines and oxygen-clean procedures).
  • The only piston first stage completely environmentally sealed, increasing resistance to freezing and protecting against contaminants.
  • The compact first stage features two HP ports, five LP ports, and a unique "Jet Seat" piston. It ensures ease of breathing even at great depths and a proper breathing rate with a natural and comfortable delivery of the breathing gas.
  • The second stage cover is specially designed for diving in strong currents or in rough sea conditions, preventing free-flow due to strong currents or rapid movement, such as when using a scooter.
  • The wide exhaust deflector has been widened to provide even better visibility (by splitting the bubble stream).
  • Designed for cold water diving, the first stage is protected from water and contaminants. The second stage features a thermal heatsink and a dry exhaust valve.
  • The comfortable dual-silicone mouthpiece is made of extremely soft and flexible silicone rubber (bite-resistant).
  • AFC (Automatic Flow Control), a patented Atomic technology. Just enjoy your dive. No unnecessary knobs or buttons—the regulator automatically adjusts during the dive. It is the first and only regulator that responds to depth by using a Venturi effect that automatically balances performance and stability. A computer-designed vane inside the mouthpiece changes position depending on depth to ensure continuous, natural, and effortless breathing at all depths.
  • The titanium lever ensures absolute safety and reliability. This part is the key mechanical link to the air supply. Made of a patented aerospace titanium alloy, the lever is resistant to abrasion, material fatigue, and corrosion.
  • The balanced poppet system features an aerodynamically balanced poppet that provides increased airflow and ease of breathing, meaning the diver will receive the same amount of air throughout the dive, regardless of tank pressure.
  • The elliptical exhaust valve significantly reduces exhalation effort at depth. The oversized, high-flow valve and the shape of the diaphragm inside the second stage make every exhale easier.
  • A new seat-saving orifice that significantly extends the life of the rubber seat. Seat wear is the primary cause of leaks in a second stage and a decrease in its performance over time. The first and only adjustable dynamic sealing orifice (patent no. 5803073) is pressure-activated and only comes into contact with the rubber seat when the regulator is in use. This orifice is made of corrosion-resistant titanium or, in the case of the M1, stainless steel.
