5mm Evoke Full - 2021 model
The 5mm BARE EVOKE is a huge step forward in wetsuit design. We used Graphene, whose carbon nanostructures recover heat from the diver's body. Thanks to this technology, the Evoke can effortlessly provide maximum insulation and comfort for many hours during every dive. Lab tests have shown that by using Graphene, the average temperature is 5 degrees Celsius higher than in our original OMNIRED technology.
Graphene is a layer of carbon atoms arranged in hexagons to form a mesh. This layer is only one atom thick. At room temperature, it is one of the best conductors of thermal energy ever discovered. Graphene is a strong, flexible, and lightweight material, and of course, it conducts heat perfectly, meaning it has all the qualities useful in a wetsuit. Our goal was also to create the most environmentally friendly product possible, which is why the Evoke is made from limestone-based neoprene, which protects against the cold just as well (and maybe even better) as materials made from petroleum derivatives, but its production is not as harmful to the environment. The "Dope-dye" dyeing method reduces pollution and wastewater discharge from our material factories. By using a water-based adhesive (not solvent-based), the suit is more durable, and we do not pollute the air with toxins during the production process. PRODUCT DETAILS
